Party outdoors until midnight

This house allows outdoor noise until midnight, and indoor noise all night long. There's a YouTube karaoke system and smart TVs in four rooms.

The pool is 4 meters wide, 4 meters long and 1.30 meters deep, a square pool just big enough for a soak, with 2 children's life jackets.

A kitchen ready for a moo kata gathering

The kitchen has a moo kata stove, a shabu pot, a grill, a blender, a steamer, a mortar and pestle, a rice cooker, a microwave, a toaster and wine glasses, plus 1 ice bucket of 20 liters and 1 of 10 liters. No seasonings are provided; please bring your own.

Ice is 15 baht per bag, charcoal 40 baht per bag and drinking water 10 baht per bottle, orderable until 23:00.

After dinner, please wash the dishes yourself. If they're not cleared and washed, the house charges a 1,000 baht service fee.

Three bedrooms of the same size

Bedrooms 1 to 3 each have one 6-foot mattress set and an en-suite bathroom, so three couples can split the rooms without arguing over who gets the big one.

Every bathroom has a water heater, along with a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags. 3 children under 7 years old stay free (sharing a bed with parents).
