Near the sea, with food right at the end of the lane

The house is 200 m from Jomtien beach, so in the morning you can walk down for a swim in the sea and come back to the pool. Around the house, Yo Le Grilled Seafood Buffet & Cafe is about 30 meters away, FamilyMart about 40 meters, and Tops Daily about 60 meters.

The house also lists places to visit, such as Top Diary 200 meters away, Jum Le restaurant 250 meters, House of Benedict Cafe 1.5 kilometers, the Four Regions Floating Market 3 kilometers, and Bali Hai Pier 10 kilometers.

A pool with a slide for the kids

The 3.5 × 6.5 meter pool slopes from 130 to 140 centimeters deep and has a 4.5-meter slide, along with fun pool floats and life jackets for kids.

Children aged 7 and under stay free, up to 3 kids sleeping with their parents.

A party-ready living room

Inside there's a 7-foot pool table, a shared 45-inch Smart TV, and karaoke with disco lights. Every room has air conditioning, Wi-Fi is free, and there's 1 large refrigerator.

Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed, an en-suite bathroom, and room for 1 extra bed. Every room has a water heater, along with shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer.
