A rooftop for movies and a kids' playroom

The highlight of the house is the Rooftop Outdoor Cinema, a private rooftop for chilling, watching movies, listening to music and catching the evening sea breeze. For the kids there's a Kids Zone room with a toy corner, so parents can relax with more peace of mind.

The living room has a smart TV and karaoke connected to YouTube. Noise is allowed outside until 22:00 and inside all night. Water and electricity are included.

A slide pool with a separate kids' pool area

The pool is 3 × 6 meters and 140 cm deep, with a slide that holds no more than 100 kilograms, and a separate kids' pool area 70 cm deep. The house provides 4 children's life jackets.

The house is close to the sea, so you can walk to Jomtien Beach and come back to your private pool after a swim in the sea. Anantaya Jomtien Seafood restaurant and an ATM are also within walking distance.

Six bedrooms over two floors

The first floor has Bedroom 1 with one 6-foot bed and Bedroom 2 with one 5-foot bed. Both rooms share the common bathroom on the first floor.

The second floor has Bedroom 3 with one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, and Bedroom 4 with one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed; these two rooms have bathrooms in the bedroom. Bedroom 5 opens onto a balcony and has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while Bedroom 6 opens onto a balcony, has two 5-foot beds and uses the common bathroom on the second floor.

The kitchen and rules for pets

The kitchen has a rice cooker, a microwave, a kettle, plates, bowls, cutlery, pots, pans and a mortar, along with wine glasses, beer glasses and shot glasses. Please bring your own seasonings. The house sells ice at 60 baht per bag (10 kg), charcoal at 60 baht per bag (1 kg) and drinking water at 60 baht per pack, which can be ordered until 6 o'clock.

Up to 2 pets may stay. Dogs weighing no more than 5 kilograms are 300 baht each, dogs over 5 kilograms but under 10 kilograms are 500 baht each, and cats are 500 baht each. Guests must bring a dedicated bed for their dog or cat, as well as toileting supplies. Dogs and cats are strictly not allowed on sofas and beds, and pets are not allowed in the pool.
