IP ON HOME 15 is a seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom house with 600 square meters of living space. The house is cleaned every day at no charge, there's YouTube karaoke with a JBL sound system, and ice, charcoal and drinking water are provided free from day one.

Stay several nights and the house stays tidy
For trips longer than one night, the clear advantage is that the house is cleaned every day at no extra charge, so a big group of around twenty people doesn't need to take turns tidying up.
The roughly 600 square meters of living space is divided into seven bedrooms. The first room has two 6-foot beds and the other six rooms each have one 6-foot bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and Bedrooms 3 and 6 also have a large bathtub.
Singing nights with mics and a JBL sound system
The party corner has YouTube karaoke with mics and a JBL sound system, plus a minibar. You can sing outside until 21.00, then move inside and keep singing until 23.00.
For anyone who wants to rest first, every bedroom has a smart TV for quiet viewing in your own room, and hot water ready to use.
The kitchen, the freebies and what to bring yourself
The kitchen has a pan, a spatula, a rice cooker, a microwave, a kettle, knives, a cutting board, plates, bowls, cutlery, drinking glasses and wine glasses, but no seasonings, so bring your own, and the house doesn't provide an ice bucket.
The freebies are 2 bags of convenience-store ice kept in the fridge, 2 bags of grilling charcoal and 1 pack of drinking water. If you'd rather not do the dishes yourself, there's a dishwashing service at 500 baht per time.
Pool, parking and distance to the sea
The house has parking for 2 cars inside the fence and 5 more outside, but buses can't get in to park, so groups arriving in several vehicles should use cars or vans.
The pool is about 7.5 × 3.5 meters and 1.2 meters deep. If you'd like a swim in the sea instead, Na Jomtien Beach is about 250 meters away, and there's a FamilyMart about 490 meters away.
