A play area for a big group

The house has a badminton court and a trampoline so kids and adults can work up some energy before hitting the pool. The pool is 4 × 7 meters and 1.3 meters deep, with 4 children's life jackets and 4 adult life jackets.

Children under 8 years old: no more than 5. Near the house are TIGHT LINES Fishing Park Pattaya, about 325 meters away, and 7-Eleven, about 317 meters away.

Six bedrooms, but not every room has a bathroom

Bedroom 6 has two 6-foot beds and one 3.5-foot bed, with 1 shower room and 1 bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 6-foot beds, each with 1 bathroom.

Bedroom 1 (5-foot bed), Bedroom 4 (6-foot bed) and Bedroom 5 (5-foot bed) have no bathroom, so it's best to agree in advance who sleeps in which room.

Every room has a water heater, along with a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

Kitchen and freebies

The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a grill, a moo kata stove, a shabu pot and wine glasses. There is no blender, and please bring your own seasonings.

The house provides 2 free bags of charcoal (no ice) and 1 free pack of drinking water, and there's a 100-liter ice bucket. If you need more charcoal or ice, order by phone directly with the house. Dishwashing fee is 500 baht.

Noise, services and pets

The house has a YouTube karaoke system and 1 smart TV in the living room. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00 and indoor noise until 03:00.

For stays of more than 2 nights there is general garbage collection, and for stays of 3 nights or more a housekeeper comes in to clean inside the house and around the pool.

Pet fee is 300 baht per pet per night. 5 cars can park inside the house, 3–4 in front of the house, plus 1 bus.
