A kids' pool separate from the adults' pool

The house clearly divides its pool into two parts: a 10 × 4 meter swimming pool, 120 cm deep, for adults, and a 2 × 2 meter kids' pool, 60 cm deep, where little ones can sit and splash without going into the deep pool.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00 and indoor noise all night, so the adults can keep chatting inside after the kids go to bed.

Bedrooms with bunk beds

The ground floor has four bedrooms, each with one 6-foot bed. Bedroom 2 adds a bunk bed with a 4-foot bottom and a 3-foot top, and Bedroom 4 adds a bunk bed with a 5-foot bottom and a 4-foot top, so kids can sleep in the same room as their parents.

Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed and no en-suite bathroom; it uses the 1 shared bathroom on the ground floor.

Upstairs are Bedroom 5 (one 6-foot bed) and Bedroom 6 (two 6-foot beds). The floor 2 bedrooms are connecting rooms, and Bedrooms 5 and 6 share the 1 shared bathroom upstairs.

The kitchen and a shabu dinner

The kitchen has a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster, an electric rice cooker, a shabu pot and a mortar and pestle. Please bring your own seasonings. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, shampoo and soap.

Ice and charcoal can be ordered from the house until 17.30, so if you plan to barbecue in the evening, order ahead.

Supervised parking

There is parking for 1 car inside the grounds and 2 more in the lot near the security booth, with a guard on duty 24 hours a day. The house is 5.1 km from the sea, Nigiwai restaurant is about 454 meters away, and the 7-Eleven (Panyapiwat EEC Khao Chi Chan branch) is about 825 meters away.
