Chic House A2 is a four-bedroom house for groups of 14–19 guests. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there's a saltwater pool, a kids' pool, a 7.5-meter slide, a pool table and a sound system with disco lights. However, the house rules are fairly strict, especially on cancellations and date changes, so read them all before booking.

A saltwater pool and a separate kids' pool

The saltwater pool is 4 × 8 meters and 90–140 cm deep. Next to it is a kids' pool, 3 × 2 meters and 60 cm deep, and a 7.5-meter slide.

Something to watch out for: no swimming in clothes whose color runs. If the water changes color, there's a fine of 3,000 baht.

A party room: pool table, sound system and disco lights

The house has a 3 × 5 foot pool table, a sound system, speakers and disco lights, YouTube-based karaoke with a 55-inch Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi.

Noise is allowed outside until 22:00. After that, you can carry on inside with the doors and windows properly closed.

No smoking inside the house; if there's a smell, there's a fine of 2,000 baht. Illegal items of any kind are not allowed, and if officials find any, guests must take responsibility for whatever happens to the house in every case.

Four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom, and Bedroom 4 has one 6-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom.

There's also 1 more shared bathroom. There are water heaters, and amenities include shampoo, liquid soap and towels.

Shops and beaches around the house

According to the house information, a 7-11 is just 600 m away and offers delivery, Sensiri fresh market is 900 m away, Big C Sattahip is 2.2 km away and Makro is 2.3 km away, about a 5-minute drive.

If you want to go to the sea, Bang Saray Beach and Bang Saray Market, which sells seafood, are 5.3 km away, Sor Beach is 5.9 km away and Sai Kaew Beach is 6.2 km away, about 10 minutes. Nong Nooch Garden is 6.8 km away and the Columbia water park is 7.6 km away.

The kitchen is fully equipped except for seasonings, with a refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a kettle and a blender. Please wash the kitchen equipment before checking out; if that's inconvenient, there's a service fee starting at 1,000 baht.

Ice is 50 baht per 10 kg bag and charcoal 100 baht for 3 bags, which can be ordered no later than 18:00.
