A base for exploring the Bang Saray beaches

From the house it's about 5 minutes to Bang Saray Beach, 2 km to Mermaid Beach Bang Saray and 6 km to Ban Amphur Beach. If you're willing to drive further, there's Sai Kaew Beach at 10 km, Dong Tan Beach at 12 km, Samae San Beach at 29 km and Nam Sai Beach at 35 km, so you can pick one per day.

Nong Nooch Garden is 5 km away, Khao Chi Chan 6 km and Columbia Pictures Aquaverse water park 3 km. You can buy seafood at the Bang Saray fresh seafood market, 1.7 km away, and Tesco Lotus is 1.3 km away.

Four bedrooms, with bathrooms throughout the house

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, plus an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed. Bedroom 3 has two 5-foot beds and one 3.5-foot bed, and bedroom 4 has two 5-foot beds. There's a shared bathroom on each of floors 1 and 2, plus 1 more outdoor bathroom near the pool.

Extra guests are 300 baht per person, including extra bedding, and 2 children under 8 stay free · If more guests than declared are found, there's a fine of 500 baht per person per night (please inform the house before your stay).

Pool, kitchen and a full set of glasses

The private pool is 7 × 4 meters and 1.5 meters deep. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a gas stove, a microwave, a fridge, a rice cooker, a kettle, a grill and a mortar and pestle.

Glasses include regular glasses, plastic cups, wine glasses, champagne glasses and cocktail glasses. Supplies include towels, a hair dryer, an ice bucket, soap, shampoo and conditioner, and the house covers water and electricity for free.

House rules to know before booking

No loud noise outside the house from 22:00 onward. After 22:00, noise is allowed in the living room; please close the doors and windows to avoid disturbing the neighbors · Bringing your own sound system or speakers, or playing music from your car, is not allowed.

No smoking in the house · Drugs and illegal items are strictly prohibited on the property · No pets of any kind.

The security deposit is 3,000 baht, and if a booking is cancelled, the house will not refund the deposit paid under any circumstances. There's parking for up to 10 cars.
