Group play areas: a pool table and a karaoke room

The house's highlights are a 7-foot stone-top pool table in the living hall, and YouTube karaoke with 4 wireless mics, so you can take turns singing without waiting for the mic to be passed around.

For those who don't sing, there are board games, a 55-inch smart TV and children's toys. 3 children under 9 can stay free, sleeping with their parents; no extra mattresses are provided.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, while indoor noise is allowed all night, with the doors closed to keep the sound in.

A 4 × 7 meter saltwater pool with fancy pool floats

The saltwater pool is 4 × 7 meters, with a water depth of 1.2–1.3 meters and a depth of 1.5 meters at the edge. There are fancy pool floats to lounge on and 6 life jackets (2 SS, 2 S, 1 M, 1 L).

The house is 7.8 km from the sea, so it suits trips focused on staying at the house rather than walking down to the beach. Nearby are Mr. Jo Cafe, about 644 meters away, and 7-Eleven, about 1,088 meters away.

Five bedrooms, with bathrooms spread around the house

Bedroom 1 has a 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has two 5-foot beds and also has an en-suite bathroom.

Bedrooms 2 and 4 each have two 5-foot beds and no en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 5 has two 3.5-foot beds and no en-suite bathroom.

There are 5 bathrooms in total: 1 in the living hall by the pool table, 1 in the karaoke room, 1 in the outdoor kitchen and 2 in the bedrooms. 4 of the bathrooms have water heaters, and there are extra mattresses for 4 guests, 4-inch-thick floor mattresses with pillows, blankets and towels.

A kitchen for steaming fans and moo kratha fans

The kitchen has a 3-tier steamer pot, sticky rice baskets, a steamer, a convection oven, an electric moo kratha grill and a barbecue grill, along with liquor glasses, wine glasses and coffee cups. No seasonings are provided, so please bring your own.

Every day you get 1 bag each of charcoal and ice for free, plus 16 medium bottles of drinking water, one 200-liter ice bucket and one 30-liter ice bucket. If that's not enough, ice is 60 baht per bag (10 kg) and a small bag of charcoal is 40 baht.

Charcoal and ice can be ordered until 18:00. After that, you can order from 7-Eleven yourself, with delivery until 22:00. The dishwashing fee is 500–1,000 baht, depending on the amount.
