An 11-meter pool and bedrooms facing the pool

The pool is 5 meters wide and 11 meters long (including the children's pool), with an 11-meter slide. Kids can play on the children's side while adults use the main pool at the same time.

There are 3 children's/adults' life jackets (sizes SS, S, M). The house is about 1.2 km from Jomtien Beach and is right next to the house with code DV-2866.

Five bedrooms, with a TV in every room

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Bedroom 2 has a 6-foot bed paired with a 5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, while Bedrooms 4 and 5 face the pool and have a 6-foot bed with a 3.5-foot bunk bed, with Room 4 having an en-suite bathroom.

There are 6 smart TVs, in the 5 bedrooms and 1 in the living room. Every bathroom has a water heater.

Karaoke, a kitchen and filtered drinking water

YouTube karaoke, with outdoor noise allowed until 22:00 and indoor noise all night.

The kitchen has an air fryer, a blender, a grill, one 100-liter ice bucket and one ice cooler for the table. No seasonings are provided, so please bring your own.

Standard RO-filtered drinking water is provided free, while ice is 50 baht per bag (10 kilograms) and charcoal is 50 baht per bag, orderable until 20:00. The dishwashing fee is 500 baht per time. Water and electricity are included.
