Khit Thueng 1 is a five-bedroom house in the Jomtien Beach area, 1.7 km from the sea. It sleeps 12–20 guests and has a 5 × 6 meter pool with graduated depth. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and on Saturdays and public holidays the house throws in free charcoal and ice.

A graduated pool for all ages

The 5 × 6 meter pool slopes in depth from 1 to 1.50 meters, with a shallow end for kids to play and a deep end for adults to swim. Children's life jackets are provided.

Noise outdoors is allowed until 22:00, and indoors all night, but smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Five bedrooms with plenty of sleeping options

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, also with an en-suite bathroom.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have two 5-foot beds. These two rooms share the common bathrooms, of which there are 2. Toiletries include body wash and shampoo, and there are towels for every guest.

The kitchen and extras you can order

The kitchen has knives, plates, cups, cutlery, pans, pots, a mortar, a rice cooker, a microwave, an electric kettle, grilling equipment and an ice bucket.

Charcoal is 30 baht and large bags of ice are 50 baht each. On Saturdays and public holidays you get one bag each of charcoal and ice for free. If you'd rather not do the dishes yourself, a dishwashing service is available for a fee.
