Four types of glasses and a 200-liter ice bucket
This house's kitchen is stocked with several types of glasses: wine glasses, beer glasses, liquor glasses and tumblers. There's a 200-liter ice bucket, an electric kettle, a microwave, trays and a barbecue grill, so there's no need to bring your own glasses.
Ice is 60 baht per bag (10 kilograms per bag) and charcoal is 40 baht per bag, orderable until 18:00, so it's best to order before the evening party starts. Bring your own seasonings.
A 6-meter slide and a lawn beside the house
The pool is 3 × 7 meters with a sloping depth of 1.50 meters, a 6-meter slide and 3 children's life jackets. Up to 3 children aged 7 and under stay free.
The house is an end unit with a lawn beside it. Inside, there's 1 wireless microphone set, and noise is allowed indoors all night, while outside it's allowed until 22:00.
En-suite bathrooms in all three bedrooms
All 3 bedrooms have the same two 5-foot beds and each has an en-suite bathroom, so there's no queue in the morning. The living room has 1 L-shaped sofa and 1 more bathroom.
Small dogs are welcome at 300 baht per dog per night. Near the house are Roi Kan restaurant at Wat Yan, about 170 meters away, and a 7-Eleven, about 230 meters away.
