Aqua Haven 3 is on the opposite side of the road from Jomtien Beach, a three-bedroom house sleeping up to 12 guests. Its highlight is a kitchen with both a microwave and a steamer, so you can cook all sorts of meals at home. The bedrooms have both 5-foot double beds and a 6-foot king bed, and in the middle of the house is a 10-meter pool with a slide.

Steamed and reheated meals, all in one kitchen

Besides pots, pans, a rice cooker, a cutting board, knives and a mortar, this house's kitchen also has a microwave and a steamer, so you can steam fish, reheat food you've bought, or steam dumplings in the morning. There are plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses and an ice bucket for chilling drinks.

You'll need to bring your own seasonings, and everyone should help wash up and tidy the kitchen after use. If you'd like to grill pork or chicken outside, the house sells charcoal at 40 baht a bag.

Double and king beds, clearly separated

Bedroom 1 has two 5-foot double beds and Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot double bed. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms, which makes Bedroom 2 ideal for a couple who want a more private room.

Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot king bed and uses a separate bathroom. The house provides 10 towels per booking, and extra bedding sets are available at 500 baht per set if you're worried there won't be enough beds for the whole group.

A 4.7 × 10 meter pool in the middle of the house

The pool is 4.7 meters wide, 10 meters long and 1.75 meters deep, with a slide that holds no more than 80 kilograms. While dinner is being prepared in the kitchen, everyone else can play in the water.

The house is 4.2 km from the sea. In the early evening you can sit and chat by the pool at your leisure, but loud noise outdoors must stop after 22:00; if the conversation isn't over, move it inside.

Parking in three spots, and pets can come too

Parking is split into 1 car inside the property, 2 in front of the house and 2 more in the rear carport.

The house accepts pets at 500 baht per pet. For shops nearby, Texas Chicken is about 130 meters away and the 7-Eleven at the PTT Sukhumvit–Chaiyaphruek station is about 240 meters away.

No food or drinks in the pool. If food scraps fall into the pool and make the water cloudy or discolored, there's a 2,000 baht fine.
Date changes require 14 days' notice. Stays can be postponed by no more than 3 months, with a 1,000 baht rescheduling fee.
For damage to the premises and property, both inside the house and on the grounds, guests pay the actual cost (the value of the items and labor)
The property accepts no responsibility for power or water outages caused by external systems, government agencies or natural disasters beyond its control
