A pool where you don't have to call it a night early

The pool is roughly 5 × 12 meters and 1.3–1.5 meters deep, with free pool floats to play with. The house has a barbecue grill for dinner, and noise is allowed all night here, both outdoors and indoors.

So groups who want to keep the music going by the pool after dinner, or sing karaoke for hours, don't have to move the party inside halfway through. Inside there is a TV with cable and free Wi-Fi.

Six bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms in every room

Bedrooms 1, 3 and 4 have 6-foot beds. Room 2 has two 3-foot beds and one 5-foot bed, room 5 has two 3-foot beds, and room 6 has three 3-foot beds, ideal for friends who want to sleep in separate beds.

Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and towels and spare bedding are provided for everyone.

Kitchen, parking and dogs

The kitchen has all the basic equipment and an ice bucket, and more ice can be ordered at 50 baht per bag. If you run short of fresh food, Thai Foods Fresh Market is about 150 meters away and the 7-Eleven at Chaiyapruek Market about 180 meters away.

There is parking for 4–5 cars inside. Dogs are welcome for a 500 baht fee (no large dogs).
