This house charges pet fees by size: small pets are 300 baht per pet per night, and large pets are 500 baht per pet per night. Better Pet animal clinic is about 370 meters away, which is reassuring if you need to take your pet to the vet.

The pool is 2.6 × 6 meters and 1.3 meters deep, with children's life jackets and fancy swim rings provided. The sea is 2.6 km away, and 7-Eleven is about 390 meters away.

Three bedrooms, including a bunk bed

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom and a bathtub. Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed. Bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed and one bunk bed, and there is 1 more shared bathroom.

Children under 8 years old stay free, up to 3 children

A kitchen thought through down to kids' cups

The kitchen has a rice cooker, an electric kettle, a toaster, a washing basin, spoons, forks, knives, scissors, a knife block, a cutting board, a mortar and pestle, 2 pots and 2 pans. Glassware includes wine glasses, drinking glasses, kids' cups, shot glasses and coffee cups.

For barbecues there's a barbecue grill, charcoal tongs, grilling tongs and an ice pick, along with a large ice bucket (ice-factory style) and a small one. Wine and Regency are available at the house, and ice and charcoal can be ordered at 50 baht per bag. Please bring your own seasonings.

Use water and electricity freely

The house states that water and electricity are unlimited, so you can run the air conditioning or do the washing without worrying about the meter. There's parking for 1 car inside the property and 2–3 more in front of the house.
