House 3 has 2 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom has two 5-foot beds and one 3.5-foot bed, room for 1 mattress on the floor, and 2 en-suite bathrooms. The small bedroom has one 5-foot bed, room for 1 floor mattress and 1 en-suite bathroom. Downstairs are a bathroom, a sofa set and a sound system.
House 4 has 3 small bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each bedroom has one 5-foot bed, room for 1 mattress on the floor and an en-suite bathroom, and this house's living room has a snooker table.
Kitchen, advance orders and money rules
The kitchen has a rice cooker, pots, a gas stove, plates and bowls, spoons and forks, cups and bowls, a fridge, a freezer, a mortar and a barbecue grill. Charcoal is 30 baht per bag and large bags of ice are 50 baht per bag; the housekeeper can buy them for you with 1 day's notice, and ice must be ordered 1 day before your stay only.
On check-out day, please wash the dishes properly, otherwise there's a 500 baht fine. This house cannot issue any bills and cannot give discounts.
Children and dogs
Children under 5 stay free. Children over 5 but no older than 10 are charged an extra 200 baht each.
