Six bedrooms with the same bed size

Bedrooms 1 to 6 each have 1 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, so there's no arguing over who gets the better room when dividing them up, and there is 1 room downstairs for anyone who has trouble with stairs.

Groups with more than two people per room can use the spare mattresses the house has fully prepared. Every room has a TV, and towels are provided for everyone.

Walk out and shop right away

Champ Sak Thong shop is only about 40 meters away, Boots North Pattaya Road 2 about 50 meters, Fascino Pharmacy, North Pattaya Drug Center branch, about 150 meters, the Government Savings Bank, Pattaya City branch, about 180 meters, and Seven-Eleven, North Pattaya Soi 5 branch, about 230 meters.

The house is about 2.2 km from the sea. At this distance you'll still need a ride to the beach, but food and everyday items can be found on foot.

Pool, kitchen and parking

The pool is 8 × 3 meters and 150 cm deep, for cooling off after coming back from sightseeing. There's a barbecue grill for dinner and Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The kitchen has a full 15 sets of plates, bowls, spoons and forks, a blender, a steamer and an electric stove, but no mortar and pestle, so anyone planning to pound som tam or chili paste should bring their own. Ice can be ordered at 50 baht a bag (50 kg). There is parking for 2 cars inside the property and 3 in front of the house.
