A long pool for swimming laps

The pool is 5 × 20 meters and 120–150 cm deep, long enough for swimmers to do laps back and forth, while those who just want to soak have plenty of room. The pool table has now been moved outside, so you can alternate between a game and a swim.

The house is about 7.2 km from the sea, so it suits trips spent mostly at the house. Up to 3 children under 7 stay free.

The two wings of the house

The poolside wing has bedrooms 1–7, each with one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the pool is right outside the door. The karaoke wing has 3 bedrooms (bedrooms 8–10), all with en-suite bathrooms, and the karaoke room has 1 shared bathroom.

Every room has a TV, and there are 3 extra 5-foot mattresses. The house also has a bedroom 11, but it's used as the housekeeper's room and is outside the main house. The house sleeps up to 20 guests, with no extra guests allowed.

After 22:00, move into the karaoke room

After 22:00, all noisy activities outside must stop. You can carry on in the karaoke room with the door closed, keeping the volume under control. The bedrooms on that side therefore suit those who aren't ready to sleep yet, while those who want to rest should pick the poolside wing.

Kitchen, freebies and nearby shops

Kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and an ice bucket. The house gives you 2 free bags of ice, and charcoal can be ordered at 50 baht per 1 kilogram.

Please wash the dishes before checking out. If you don't, the house will charge a dishwashing fee of 500–1,000 baht depending on the amount.

Craftopia Tao Hin is about 48 meters away, Tops Daily Chaiyapruek Withi Soi 15 about 170 meters, and the Pattaya Sea Aquarium Museum about 581 meters.

Longer stays, and check-in and check-out times

For stays of 3 nights or more, bed sheets and towels are changed free of charge. For stays of less than 3 nights, only the garbage bags are changed.

Early check-in is charged at 500 baht per hour, and late check-out at 500 baht per hour. Both are only possible when no other guests are checking in next.

Parking for 5 cars in front of the house and 10 more in a parking area near the house. The house does not accept pets of any kind.
