A big pool that gradually gets deeper

The house is about 5.9 km from the sea, so relaxing days mostly revolve around the pool. The pool is 6 × 12 meters; the first section is 1.10 meters deep, the first slope 1.30 meters, and the second slope reaches 1.60 meters, with 3 steps into the pool.

Around the pool is a wide terrace that the house intends for parties and get-togethers, from family occasions to parties with friends, for up to 20 guests.

Bedrooms over two floors

Downstairs, bedroom 1 has one 5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom and sleeps 2 guests, ideal for elderly guests who'd rather avoid the stairs.

Upstairs, bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed and one 6-foot bed and sleeps 4 guests, and bedroom 3 has a 3.5-foot bed and a 5-foot bed, sleeps 3 guests and uses a shared bathroom. For bedroom 4, the house only states that it has 1 bed. The house has 3 bathrooms in total.

Kitchen, extras to order and parking

The kitchen has cooking equipment and an ice bucket. If you need more, you can order charcoal at 100 baht for 3 bags and ice at 50 baht a bag (6 kg). The housekeeper's shopping service fee is 50–100 baht depending on the size of the order.

There's parking for 1–2 cars inside the property and another 4–5 cars outside along the fence. Groups arriving in several cars should coordinate their parking.

Pets can come, but they have their own areas

The house accepts pets at 300–500 baht each. Pets may only stay outside and in the living area; they may not enter the bedrooms or get on the beds, and they may not go in the pool.

In the living area, take care of the sofas and curtains. If a pet scratches or bites them and causes damage, guests must pay a fine at the item's price.

How to make noise without disturbing the neighbors

Noise outdoors is allowed until 22:00; after that you can move inside and carry on in the living area with the doors and windows properly closed. The house does not allow bringing your own sound system or speakers, or playing music from cars.

Not far away are Park Village Pattaya, about 270 meters, Sampan boat noodle shop, about 430 meters, and the 7-Eleven Pornprapanimit branch, about 430 meters.
