Close to the beach, with food within walking distance

No.9 is in the Jomtien Beach area, about 230 meters from the sea, so anyone who wants a morning or evening stroll on the beach doesn't have far to go. Around the house are DIB D Varee Inspiration Bar about 87 meters away, a 7-Eleven about 179 meters away, and Kasikorn Bank Jomtien 3 Pattaya about 285 meters away.

Back at the house, the 4 × 8 meter L-shaped pool is 120–160 cm deep and sloped, so you can stand at the shallow end while swimmers head for the deep end. There is parking for 10 cars inside.

Open rooms to suit your group

This house doesn't require you to open every room. Open 5 bedrooms and it sleeps 10 guests; open all 9 and it sleeps 18. The 5-bedroom option can be booked no more than 7 days in advance, so small groups should book close to their stay date.

Up to 1 extra guest per room is allowed, for a maximum of 27 guests in the house. If you have more than that, extra guests can stay at an affiliated hotel in the same area at 1,000 baht per room for 2 guests (500 baht per person).

However, the house only accepts the number of guests registered in the system and cannot take more than that, so confirm your headcount clearly when you book.

5-foot beds in every room, and what to know about bathrooms

All 9 bedrooms have the same 5-foot beds. Bedrooms 1 and 6 have en-suite bathrooms. Every bedroom has a TV, a fridge and a safe, and towels and 2 hair dryers are provided.

There is also 1 shared bathroom in the karaoke room, but it has no shower, so whoever assigns the rooms should plan the showers in advance.

Keep the karaoke going indoors until midnight

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00; after that you can move inside and carry on until 00:00, which makes the karaoke room the late-night gathering spot.

For a barbecue, you can order charcoal at 35 baht per bag and ice at 50 baht per bag (8 kilograms per bag). The kitchen also has a toaster for breakfast.

Bring cash, and a note about dogs

The 10,000 baht damage deposit is accepted in cash only, not by bank transfer, so please have the cash ready before check-in at 14:00.

No.9 does not accept large dogs, especially water-loving breeds such as Golden Retrievers and Siberian Huskies. If a dog is brought in secretly and goes in the water, the house will ask you to leave or keep the entire deposit immediately.
