Count the beds before assigning rooms

Bedroom 1 is on floor 2 with two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two 5-foot beds, Bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed, and Bedroom 4 has two 6-foot beds; these three rooms share the floor 2 bathroom.

Bedroom 5 is split into 2 separate rooms: the upstairs room has two 6-foot beds and uses the shared floor 2 bathroom, while the downstairs room has one 3.5-foot bunk bed. In total the house has 6 beds at 6 feet, 3 beds at 5 feet and 1 bunk bed.

Downstairs are the living room and kitchen, with 1 downstairs bathroom and 1 more bathroom outside. Children under 7 stay free, 3 of them.

A big pool and a kids' pool with a jacuzzi

The main pool is 7 × 3 meters and 150 cm deep, and the kids' pool has a jacuzzi, so kids can splash in the shallow water while adults swim in the big pool.

The house is close to restaurants and convenience stores, and you can walk straight to the beach. Kuay Tiew Paknampho noodle shop is about 130 meters away, and 7-Eleven Sai 2 Jomtien Soi 14/1 branch about 220 meters away. There is parking for 2 cars inside the property and 3–5 around the house.

Kitchen, services and check-in/out times

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a steamer and an ice bucket. Please wash the dishes before check-out; otherwise the house will charge a dishwashing fee based on the amount. Charcoal is 50 baht per 1 kg and ice 70 baht per bag.

Stays of 3 nights or more include a change of bed linen and towels at no charge; for stays under 3 nights, only the garbage bags are changed. Early check-in or late check-out is charged at 500 baht per hour. Amenities include 1 hair dryer, shower gel and towels.

Pets are welcome, with rules

Small pets are 300 baht per pet per night and large pets 500 baht per pet per night. They are not allowed on the beds or sofas or in the pool; you may bring their own bedding or crate.

Please clean up after your pet properly, and pets must not chew things inside the house.
