A house for relaxing, not for partying
The house states clearly that it does not accept groups who want to throw parties. Noise is allowed outdoors until 21:00; after that, noise can continue indoors with doors and windows properly closed.
The pool is 6 × 12 meters and 150 cm deep, with a 5-meter slide. Adults can swim full lengths, while children should have an adult close by, since the pool is 150 cm deep.
Carry a Subboard down to the beach
The house is 200 meters from Jomtien Beach and provides a Subboard free of charge for taking photos at the beach. Along the way are Tops Daily, about 140 meters away, and Lung Sawai Seafood restaurant, about 200 meters away, while Med Ya Pharma pharmacy is about 640 meters away.
There is parking for 1–2 cars inside the property and 3–4 in front of the house.
6-foot beds throughout the house
Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed with a bathroom next to the room. Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 5 has two 6-foot beds and no en-suite bathroom, using the bathroom on the second floor. Amenities include towels, a hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel.
Living room and kitchen
The only working TV is the one in the living room, worth knowing if you like watching TV in your bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with an ice bucket, and water and electricity are provided free by the house.
Ice is 60 baht per bag and charcoal 40 baht per bag, with a minimum order of 2 bags, as the ice shop delivers a minimum of 2 bags. Small pets are 300 baht and large pets 500 baht.
