Essentials right at the end of the street

What makes life easy at this house is its location. Sawasdee Market is about 100 meters away, a 7-Eleven about 128 meters, Dental Point Clinic about 137 meters, and iCare Pharmacy about 140 meters, so if you forget something or need more ingredients you can walk over and buy them yourself.

The house is across from Central Pattaya Beach, about 3 km from the sea. There is parking for 4 cars inside and 5 outside, 9 in total.

A 2-meter-deep main pool and a separate kids' pool

The pool is 6.5 × 12.5 meters; the main pool is 120–200 cm deep and the kids' pool 80 cm deep, so adults can swim at the deep end while kids play in the kids' pool. Fancy pool floats are available to use, but if one bursts or is damaged there is a 1,000 baht fine (2,000 baht for a large one).

Loud noise outside is allowed until no later than 21.30. After 21.30, no loud noise outside or around the pool, and the speaker must not be moved from its place in the living room.

Ten bedrooms, ten en-suite bathrooms

Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Most have one 6-foot bed; bedrooms 2, 5 and 9 have two 3-and-a-half-foot beds, ideal for friends who want separate beds, and bedroom 7 has one 7-foot bed. Towels, soap and shampoo are provided.

For extra bedding, the house won't bring it into the rooms for you: the extra bedding sets are left in the hall, and guests can take them to whichever rooms they like. Do not exceed the number of guests you declared.

20 sets of tableware and a charcoal grill

The kitchen has 20 sets of plates and bowls, cutlery and glasses, a microwave, a kettle, a gas stove, a fridge, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a set of pans and pots, and 1 charcoal barbecue grill. Ice is 100 baht per bag of about 7–8 kg, and charcoal 50 baht per bag.

After use, please wash every piece of kitchen equipment, plate, bowl and glass and put everything back in its place. If that's inconvenient, a housekeeper can wash up for 500–1,000 baht.

Dogs and cats welcome, with rules

Dogs and cats are welcome at 500 baht per pet per night. They can stay, but must keep out of the pool and off beds, sofas and tables, and please take care of urine, waste and all household items. Violations carry a minimum fine of 1,000 baht.

Smoking inside the house is not allowed, and no drugs of any kind may be brought into the house. The 6,000 baht security deposit is refunded on check-out day if nothing is damaged.

Lost or damaged house keys or key cards cost 300–500 baht. Check out before 11:00; late check-out costs 1,000 baht per hour (part of an hour is rounded up to 1 hour). Foreign guests, please let the house know when you first inquire so English documents can be prepared for you to sign before the stay.
