A fairly deep saltwater pool and a separate kids' pool

The saltwater pool is 4 × 10 meters and 150–170 cm deep, too deep for young children to play in on their own, so the house provides a kids' pool too.

3 children under 7 stay free · Extra children count as adults, at 300 baht per person · In the evening, loud noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00; after that, close the doors and carry on indoors for as long as you like, so adults can keep chatting by the pool after the kids go to bed.

Ground-floor bedrooms and a mezzanine

The house lists its bedrooms as follows: the first ground-floor room has one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom; the other ground-floor room has one 6-foot bed, one 5-foot bed and 1 bunk bed with an en-suite bathroom.

Mezzanine: one 6-foot bed with no en-suite bathroom, and the house has 1 more separate bathroom. Supplies include a hair dryer, towels, soap and shampoo.

A full kitchen, but bring your own seasonings

Kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket, a grill, a blender and wine glasses. Please bring your own seasonings.

Ice can be ordered at 50 baht per bag (10 kilograms) and charcoal at 35 baht per bag. There's parking for 4 cars inside the property and plenty of space for more outside. Around the house there's CJ More Huay Yai, about 280 meters away, and TESCO Lotus Express, about 370 meters away.

Pets, electricity and changing dates

If you're bringing your pet, check its size first, as the house doesn't accept large pets. Pet fees are charged per animal: small dogs 300 baht each, medium dogs 500 baht each and cats of any size 500 baht each · Electricity use is capped at 100 units, with any excess charged at 7 baht per unit.

If you need to change your dates or switch houses (within the same group) after booking, there's a 1,000 baht processing fee. You must notify the house 1 week in advance, or no less than 5 days before check-in; late notice means you forfeit the stay, and this can only be used 1 time · Cancellations are non-refundable under any circumstances.
