A graduated-depth spa pool and a separate kids' pool

The swimming pool with a spa system is 5 × 10 meters, with a depth that grades from 1–2 meters, plus a separate kids' pool for little ones to splash in, and fancy pool floats to use. The deep end reaches 2 meters, so adults should keep an eye on the kids at all times.

The house is 10.9 km from the sea, so relaxing days revolve around the pool and the lawn, where the house says you can pitch tents you bring along. Kids who love camping can set up tents and play in the grounds.

Ten bedrooms, including ground-floor bedrooms

Bedrooms 1–8 have 6-foot beds, while bedrooms 9–10 each have one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, every bedroom has air conditioning, and the bedrooms have TVs. More bedroom details can be seen in the photos.

The house has ground-floor bedrooms, so older guests or anyone who'd rather avoid the stairs can stay comfortably.

How groups of more than 25 are charged

The house's base rate covers 25 guests. Beyond 25 people, it's 1,000 baht per person with a bed provided, but only for the 26th, 27th and 28th guests (3 people), as extra beds.

From the 29th guest onward, it's 500 baht per person with a mattress on the floor. Groups of nearly 40 should plan who sleeps on a bed and who sleeps on a mattress before setting off.

Karaoke room, kitchen and parking

The karaoke room is air-conditioned. Noise outdoors is allowed until 22:00; after that you can carry on inside the house with the doors fully closed, which makes this room the late-night gathering spot.

The kitchen has all the basic cookware, such as pans and pots. Parking fits about 10 cars inside the property and another 10–15 in front of the house.

This house does not accept pets. The security deposit is refunded 1 day after check-out, no later than 15:00 on the day after check-out. The house is also not able to do video calls, so anyone wanting a detailed look at the house should check the photos.
