Pool water without chlorine
The pool at 95 Clear uses a nano-filter and ozone system, not chlorine. Anyone who dislikes the chlorine smell lingering after a swim will love this.
The pool measures 4 × 6 meters with a sloping depth of 1.25–1.3 meters, plus a 70 cm kids' pool and 3 children's life jackets.
Drive out to the Sattahip coast
The house is about 7 km from the sea, and the hosts recommend several nearby attractions, including Dong Tan Beach, Sai Kaew Beach, Nam Sai Beach and Nang Ram Beach, as well as Samae San Island and Kham Island.
There's parking for 3 cars inside the property and 2–3 outside, handy when the group splits up to go sightseeing in different directions.
Come back and keep singing
The house has YouTube karaoke and smart TVs in 4 rooms in total. Noise is allowed outside until 22:00; after that, close the doors and windows properly and you can keep the sound going indoors all night.
Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, and Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed. Every bathroom has a water heater, and the kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker and an ice bucket. Please bring your own seasonings.
