A side yard with many uses
Besides the 4 × 6 meter pool with a sloping depth of 1.25–1.3 meters and a 70-centimeter-deep kids' pool, the house has a spacious side yard where you can set up an outdoor dining table or let the kids come out and run around.
There's parking for 3 cars inside the property and 2–3 outside. Noise is allowed outside until 22:00; after that, close the doors and windows and keep the party going indoors all night.
Stay several nights without the little hassles
The rate includes water and electricity, every bathroom has a water heater, and for stays of more than 1 night the hosts provide house cleaning service.
During the day you can order ice at 50 baht a bag, and charcoal at 35 baht a bag (purchased as 3 bags). The house has Smart TVs in 4 rooms in total and YouTube karaoke.
One big room, two single-bed rooms
Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 6-foot bed, so couples or two groups of adults can split into separate rooms neatly.
3 children under 7 stay free (no extra bedding provided), and small pets are welcome at 300 baht/night per pet (up to 2 pets).

- Bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- To change your stay dates, you must notify at least 14 days in advance, and a 1,500 baht change fee applies in every case.
