A long pool beside the house and a rooftop for photos

The house pitches itself as a place to relax or party: poolside parties, karaoke and holiday photos. It's a modern 2-story build, and the 3rd level is a rooftop that makes another spot for group photos.

The pool is 3.5 meters wide and 13 meters long. The listed depth is 130 centimeters, with no separate shallow end, so families with young children should stay by the pool the whole time.

Five bedrooms and a Jacuzzi tub upstairs

Downstairs, bedroom 1 has a 6-foot bed alongside a 5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two 6-foot beds but no en-suite bathroom, so it suits guests who don't mind walking to a bathroom outside the room.

On the 2nd floor, bedroom 3 has a 6-foot bed and a 3-foot bed, plus an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have 6-foot beds and both have en-suite bathrooms. Bathroom supplies include soap, shampoo, towels and about 3 hair dryers.

Bring along your medium-sized dog

The house accepts small and medium-sized pets at 500 baht each, but pets are strictly not allowed in the pool. Bring your pet's crate or bed, and keep them in sight at all times.

Guests are responsible for shed fur, urine smells and bite marks on curtains, sofas, beds and mattresses. Guests are liable for any damage to the house in all cases.

Noise hours and shops nearby

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00 at the latest; after that you can carry on indoors, so the karaoke session can move inside and keep going all night.

The kitchen has an electric stove, a microwave, a kettle, an ice bucket, plates, bowls and drinking glasses. Charcoal and ice can be ordered from the house. If you run short of anything, walk to the 7-Eleven on Soi 7, about 130 meters away, or to Daddy’s Kitchen, about 440 meters away.
