A moo kratha dinner without lugging your own grill

The kitchen has an electric moo kratha grill pot, a barbecue grill, a microwave, a fridge, a rice cooker, an electric kettle and an ice bucket. Just buy meat and vegetables and you're ready to sit down and eat.

If you run out during the day, you can order a large bag of ice for 50 baht and charcoal for 30 baht a bag. As for drinking water, the house provides 1 bottle for every guest.

A 4 × 6 meter pool and the pet rules

The pool measures 4 × 6 meters and is 1.50 meters deep. The house has room for several cars, about 3–5, so even if you arrive in several vehicles, you won't need to park elsewhere.

Pets are allowed for 300 baht per pet, but they may not get on the beds or into the pool.

Three bedrooms for an extended family

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two 5-foot beds, so parents and kids can sleep in separate rooms. The house provides shampoo and body wash.

Up to 2 children under 10 stay free, while children over 10 are charged 300 baht each.

No loud noise outside the house from 22:00 onward. After that, noise is allowed in the living hall with the doors and windows closed so as not to disturb the neighbors
