Two pools for a large group

The front pool is 5 meters wide, 10 meters long and 150–180 cm deep, suited to adults who can swim, while the central pool is 5 meters wide, 20 meters long and 120 cm deep, so the whole group can get in and play.

The house does not provide swim rings, but you may bring your own, so anyone who wants to float around in the pool should pack one from home.

Poolside parties with the house speakers

You can party until 22:00 using the Bose speakers installed around the house, or bring a DJ or a band to play by the pool, but no other speakers of any kind may be brought into the house.

Loud parties are allowed until 22:00; after that, keep the sound going indoors with the doors closed so the noise doesn't escape.

The grill comes with a staff member, and charcoal and ice can be ordered until 22:00. Ice costs 50 baht per bag, with 10 kilograms per bag.

Ten bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom

Bedrooms 1 to 9 each have a 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, while bedroom 10 is on the 2nd floor of the common building, with 2 twin 3.5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a shared bathroom in the hall.

Amenities include a smart TV, water heaters and free Wi-Fi. The house provides extra mattresses for additional guests and free cleaning inside the villas, with face towels, bath towels, shampoo and shower cream replaced, while bed sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers are changed once every 3 days.

Kitchen, costs and house rules

The kitchen has plates, bowls and cutlery but no seasonings, so please bring your own. Dishwashing staff are available at 1,500 baht per day. Water and electricity are free with no extra charges, and there are 2 free bottles of drinking water per day for each villa.

Smoking inside the house is prohibited, and drugs and illegal items may not be brought into the house under any circumstances. Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave immediately.

The house's pet information says pets are not accepted, while the house rules say pets may not be brought onto the property without prior notice, with a 5,000 baht fine for violations. Anyone thinking of bringing a pet should get a clear answer from the admin before booking.

Parking is provided outside the house for 5–10 cars, and buses can park too. Nearby is Good Farmer Homemade, about 118 meters away.
