Bedrooms split by floor

Bedroom 1 is downstairs with one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 4 is on floor 2, the innermost room with a pool view, and also has an en-suite bathroom.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the right side of floor 2, each with one 6-foot bed and sharing a bathroom. In total the house has 3 shower rooms plus 1 separate toilet.

A pool 1–1.8 meters deep

The pool is 10 × 6 meters and 1–1.8 meters deep; the deep end suits adults who can swim. The house has 2 children's life jackets, and children under 7 stay free, 2–3 of them.

Noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00 and indoors until midnight, so the YouTube karaoke and smart TV in the living room can keep going indoors for a while longer.

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, and a microwave, along with a 120-liter ice bucket. There is free drinking water from a large-bottle water cooler, and the house provides 1 bag of charcoal and 1 bag of ice.

1–2 pets can come along at a service fee of 500 baht per pet per night. Cats up to 5–6 kilograms and dogs up to 5–10 kilograms are accepted. Near the house are a 7-Eleven, about 220 meters away, and Pan Pan pharmacy, about 220 meters away.
