A ten-meter saltwater pool

The house is in the Map Prachan Reservoir area, 16 km from the sea, so the main activity is the house's own pool, a 4 × 10 meter saltwater pool that is 130 cm deep.

There is no kids' pool, but there is an area where children can play in the water. Parents should stay close by, as the main pool is 130 cm deep.

Bedroom 2 has its own bathtub

Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a TV in the room, ideal for the adults in the group or a couple who want a private corner to relax.

Bedroom 1 has four 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed and bedroom 4 has two 5-foot beds. Bedrooms 1, 3 and 4 can also use the bathrooms in the hall and outside, and the house provides a hair dryer.

A kitchen and a barbecue grill

The kitchen has a microwave, a gas stove, an electric stove, a rice cooker, a fridge, an ice bucket, plates and bowls, spoons, pots, a fish steamer, a mortar, glasses, knives and a cutting board, so you can stir-fry, boil or steam fish yourselves.

The barbecue grill comes with all the grilling equipment, and you can order charcoal at 35 baht per bag and ice at 50 baht per bag (5 kilograms) from the house.

Noise, electricity and booking conditions

Loud noise is allowed outside the house until 22:00, after which you can close the doors and carry on indoors for as long as you like. Electricity is free for 100 units, with any excess charged at 7 baht per unit. The house says usage normally stays under 100 units unless the air conditioning is left on with the doors open.

If you want to postpone or switch to another house in the same group after booking, there is a 1,000 baht handling fee and you must give notice 1 week in advance, or no less than 5 days before check-in. Cancellations are non-refundable in all cases.

There is parking for 1 car inside the property and 6–8 cars in front of the house.
