A private pool in a village, with rules to know

The house is about 10.8 km from the sea, near Map Prachan Reservoir. The pool, 6 meters wide, 3 meters long and 1.2 meters deep, is the main place to relax. The house has no life jackets, so parents bringing children should bring their own.

Only swimsuits or colorfast clothing are allowed in the pool, and speakers or sound systems are strictly not allowed outside the house by the pool, as this is a private house in a residential village.

Four bedrooms, big beds in almost every room

Bedrooms 1, 3 and 4 have 6-foot beds, while Bedroom 2 has a 5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is also 1 shared bathroom, and every room has a water heater.

Amenities include shampoo, soap, tissues, garbage bags, 10 towels and 3 hair dryers. Children under 7 stay free, up to 2 kids.

A kitchen with a blender, plus freebies for dinner

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, bowls, spoons, glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, 6 wine glasses and a 120-liter ice bucket.

The house provides 2 bags of ice, 2 bags of charcoal and 1 pack of drinking water. If you need more, the house sells charcoal and ice until 18:00. After eating, put food scraps in the containers or bags provided to keep ants and insects away.

Sing until 21:00, then move indoors

Inside there are 3 smart TVs (2 in the living room and 1 in the master bedroom) and a YouTube karaoke system. Noise is allowed until 21:00, after which sound must stay inside the house with the doors and windows tightly closed.

If there are more guests than booked, the house reserves the right to charge 600 baht per person
If a glass breaks in the pool, there is a 10,000 baht charge to drain the entire pool, including refilling and water treatment chemicals
If kitchenware is not washed, the house charges 500 baht on check-out day (dishwashing fee if you don't wash up yourself is 500–1,000 baht)
Guests are responsible for any lost or damaged items on the property according to the inventory checklist
