A deep pool for serious swimmers

The house pool is 11 meters long, 4 meters wide and 220 centimeters deep. At this length you can swim laps back and forth, and since it's deeper than most villa pools, strong adult swimmers will have fun. But if children or non-swimmers come along, an adult should keep watch by the pool at all times.

The house is 8 kilometers from swimmable Pattaya Beach, so you'll need to drive if you want to go in the sea. Daily essentials are close by, though: the 7-Eleven at Chang Mai Kaen Plaza is about 450 meters away and Si Charoen Market is about 600 meters away.

Four bedrooms with mixed beds for flexible sleeping

Bedroom 1 has two 3.5-foot beds and one 6-foot bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are set up the same way, with one 3.5-foot bed alongside one 6-foot bed. Bedroom 4 has one 6-foot bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there's 1 more shared bathroom by the living room.

This house has no extra bedding, so if you're coming at full capacity, count the beds carefully before booking. Children aged 8 and under stay free, up to 2, sleeping with their parents.

A kitchen with a barbecue grill, and gifts at check-in

The kitchen has a rice cooker, a toaster, a barbecue grill, a mortar and pestle, plates, bowls, spoons, cups, knives, glasses and a microwave, plus a 50-liter ice cooler. The house asks you to bring your own seasonings. Ice in 8-kilogram bags and charcoal can be ordered from the house.

On arrival day, the house gives you drinking water, snacks, beer and coffee. The bathrooms have hair dryers, towels, shower gel, soap, hand wash and indoor slippers, and anyone staying several nights can use the washing machine.

Noise, parking and booking

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, while indoors you can make noise all night with the doors tightly closed.

There's parking for 8–10 cars outside, but it's shared with 1 other house under the same management. If the other group brings many cars, there may not be room for all of yours, so it's best to arrange to come in fewer cars.

This house does not accept walk-ins under any circumstances; you must book and pay in advance.
