What sets this house apart from typical pool villas is its fishing pond and a boat for leisurely rides. In the evening, take turns waiting for a bite; any fish you catch can be cooked, making it an activity adults and kids can enjoy together.

The house is 8 km from Pattaya Beach (swimmable), so you can drive there on days you want a sea swim, but most of your time here will be spent by the water and the pool.

A 12-meter-long pool, 220 cm deep

The pool is 12 meters long, 3.50 meters wide and 220 cm deep, long enough for laps, but the water is deep, so parents should keep a close eye on children and weaker swimmers.

Children up to 8 years old stay free (2 children), sleeping with their parents. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, while indoors it's allowed all night; please keep the doors firmly closed.

Bedrooms with beds for all 16 guests

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and two 3.5-foot beds. Bedroom 2 has two 3.5-foot beds. Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, and Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have one 6-foot bed.

The house has no extra mattresses, so count your guests carefully before booking. Amenities provided are a hair dryer, towels, shower gel, soap, hand wash and indoor slippers, along with a washing machine.

Kitchen, complimentary items and parking

The kitchen has a gas stove, a rice cooker, a barbecue grill, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster and a 55-liter ice bucket. Please bring your own seasonings. On check-in day, the house provides complimentary drinking water, snacks, beer and coffee.

There is parking for 8–10 cars outside the house, shared with 1 other house under the same management. If your group brings too many cars, there may not be room for all of them. Nearby are a 7-Eleven (Chang Mai Kaen Plaza branch) about 450 meters away, Si Charoen Market about 600 meters away, and Mini Big C 474 Wat Sutthawat about 600 meters away.
