Kiwi is a three-bedroom house in the Jomtien Beach area that sleeps 12–16 guests, about 300 m from the sea. Besides the 4 × 8 meter main pool, there's a separate kids' pool 80 centimeters deep, plus YouTube karaoke for singing indoors. It's ideal for large families with young children who want to stay near the sea.

A main pool and a separate kids' pool
The main pool is 4 × 8 meters and 1.40 meters deep, so adults can swim to their hearts' content, while young children have their own separate kids' pool, 80 centimeters deep, along with 3 children's life jackets.
Up to 3 children under 7 stay free. Near the house are Anantaya Jomtien Seafood restaurant, about 310 meters away, and the 7-Eleven at Jomtien Soi 17, about 320 meters away.
Three bedrooms, one with only bunk beds
Room 1 has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Room 3 has two 6-foot beds and two 3.5-foot beds, also with an en-suite bathroom.
Room 2 has three 3.5-foot bunk beds and no en-suite bathroom, ideal for older kids or teens to sleep together. The bathrooms have water heaters, hair dryers, shampoo, shower gel and towels.
Karaoke indoors and the noise rules
The house has YouTube karaoke, and the only working TV is the one in the living room.
House rules allow speakers indoors only; no speakers outside. No loud noise after 22:00; after that, you can make noise indoors all night with the doors and windows properly closed.

Good to know before you stay
- Room 2 has three 3.5-foot bunk beds and no en-suite bathroom
- The house doesn't provide drinking water; please bring your own seasonings
- Wine glasses are available on request in advance
- Ice is 60 baht per bag · Charcoal is 50 baht per bag · Minimum order of 2 bags, available until 17:00
- Please wash the dishes and kitchenware you used before check-out; if that's not convenient, there's a 500–1,000 baht service charge
- For 2-night stays, cleaning service (sweeping and mopping) only is provided, without changing the bed sheets; sheet changes are available on request
- No changing houses, cancellations or date changes; the deposit is non-refundable in all cases
- To change your stay dates, you must notify 2 weeks in advance, and there's a 1,500 baht fine; emergencies can be discussed case by case
- At least 14 days' notice is required, and there's a 1,500 baht date-change fine in all cases
- Pay the fine immediately after the date change is confirmed
- If a last-minute date change leaves the house unable to rent it out, the full deposit will be kept
- In the event of a lockdown or travel ban to Pattaya, the house will allow you to postpone your stay indefinitely, and you can contact the house to rebook 3 months after that
- The house details describe date changes as both not allowed and allowed with a fine, so check with the team before booking
- Drugs are strictly prohibited in the house; if a search takes place, guests are fully responsible for themselves and for any damage caused to the house
- Small pets are 300 baht per pet per night · Large pets are 500 baht per pet per night
