Party late, but book the karaoke first

This house allows noise outdoors until morning and indoors until morning. The living room has a smart TV but no built-in karaoke. If you'd like a YouTube karaoke system, please let the housekeeper know; there's a 1,000 baht service fee and it must be booked in advance.

The karaoke service costs 1,000 baht and must be requested at least 1 day in advance (if another guest has already booked it, it won't be available to rent), so it's worth asking when you make your booking.

Four bedrooms, with connecting rooms

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 (2nd floor, left side) has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 (2nd floor, right side) has one 6-foot bed and 1 extra 3.5-foot mattress, plus an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 (3rd floor) has one 6-foot bed, and there is 1 additional shared bathroom.

The bathrooms with bathtubs are in Building A, 2nd floor, in the left and right rooms. The house notes that the 2nd- and 3rd-floor bedrooms connect to each other, and recommends watching the video clip before booking.

A deep pool and supplies for longer stays

The pool is 3 × 7 meters with a sloping depth of 155–180 cm, which is quite deep for children. 2 children aged 9 or under stay free.

The house has a washing machine (no clothes drying rack), 1 hair dryer, a 100-liter ice bucket, a water heater in every room and supplies such as towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

Cleaning costs 1,000 baht per visit; for a 3-night stay, 1 cleaning is free. Dishwashing costs 1,000 baht per time.

Kitchen, charcoal, ice and pets

Kitchen equipment includes a rice cooker, a blender, an oven, plates, bowls, knives, spoons, a mortar and pestle and a grill. You can order ice at 50 baht per bag (10 kilograms) and charcoal at 50 baht per bag, with a 100 baht delivery fee per order (delivered by a local shop).

The house accepts dogs and cats at 500 baht per pet per night. Please bring your own pet bedding, cats must have a litter box, and if you're bringing pets, please let the house know before your stay.

There is parking for 1 car inside the property, 1 car on the estate road and 2–3 cars outside the estate. As for paperwork, this house cannot issue cash receipts.
