Freebies waiting at the house

The house provides 1 free set consisting of ice, 1 pack of drinking water (600 ml bottles) and charcoal, ready from your very first meal after check-in at 14:00.

If your group is so big that the freebies run short, you can order more through the hosts: drinking water at 40 baht a pack, ice at 50 baht a bag and charcoal at 30 baht a bag.

A checklist of things to bring

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker and an ice bucket, but please bring your own seasonings, and wash the kitchen equipment properly before checking out.

For the bathroom, the house provides soap and shampoo; other personal items you should pack yourself.

The pool at the heart of the house, and the room layout

The pool is 4 × 6 meters and 1.25–1.3 meters deep, with children's life jackets provided. 2 children up to 7 years old stay free when sharing with their parents.

Bedroom 1 is a large room with two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 6-foot bed. There's parking for 3 cars inside the property and 2–3 more outside.

Noise is allowed outside until 22:00; after that, you can continue indoors with doors and windows properly closed.
Late check-out is charged at 1,000 baht per hour.
No smoking inside the house; if there's a smell, a 2,000 baht fine applies.
No illegal items of any kind may be brought in. If officials find any, guests are responsible for whatever consequences fall on the house, in every case.
No swimming in clothes that bleed color; if the water changes color, a 3,000 baht fine applies.
Please wash the kitchen equipment before checking out; if that's inconvenient, a 500–1,000 baht service fee applies.
Bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances.
To change your stay dates, you must notify at least 14 days in advance, and a 1,500 baht change fee applies in every case.
