Even if you arrive by the busload, there's room to park

Parking inside the property fits 6–8 cars, the area beside the house fits about 10 more, and buses are welcome, so it's ideal for tour groups, companies or large families traveling together in a chartered vehicle.

Near the house are Rim Na restaurant about 350 meters away, CJ More Khao Khanthamat about 480 meters away, Anya Pharmacy about 580 meters away, and Mini Big C Sattahip Plaza about 1 km away.

A pool of even depth, and rules to remember

The pool is a uniform 1.2 meters deep throughout, with novelty floats to use for free (damage is charged at actual cost). However, the house has no life jackets for children or adults, so parents should keep a close eye on young kids.

Glasses are strictly not allowed at the pool, and pets may not go in the pool. The house accepts up to 2 small pets at 300 baht per pet per night.

Sing indoors, but turn it down after 23:00

Karaoke runs on both YouTube and preloaded software. The TV in the common area is a smart TV, as is the one in the ground-floor bedroom, while the other rooms have regular TVs.

Noise is allowed outside the house until no later than 23:00. Indoors there's no time limit, but if you keep singing karaoke, please turn down the speakers and microphones after 23:00.

Three bedrooms with a mix of bed setups

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor, with one 6-foot bed and two 3.5-foot beds. Upstairs on the 2nd floor, Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed and Bedroom 3 has four 3.5-foot beds, ideal for groups of friends who want separate beds.

The house has 3 shower rooms, each with a water heater. Supplies include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags. Up to 3 children under 7 stay free (no extra bedding provided).

A European-style kitchen, and what to bring yourself

The kitchen has pots, a frying pan, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, an ice bucket, a mortar, a microwave and a steamer. There are dining tables both indoors and outdoors, but you'll need to bring your own seasonings.

This house doesn't buy charcoal and ice on guests' behalf, so please bring your own.

There's no house cleaning fee, but if the kitchenware isn't cleaned before check-out, the house will keep the deposit or charge a 1,000 baht fee to clean all the kitchenware. If you'd like to hire cleaning, please let us know in advance.
