Justin: Two poolside bedrooms, bunk beds with a 5-foot lower bunk

Justin sits across from Ban Amphoe–Wat Yan Beach, about 4.3 km from the sea. It's a three-bedroom house that sleeps 10–15 guests. Two of the bedrooms are poolside, while the third has bunk beds with a 5-foot-wide lower bunk, so adults can sleep comfortably, and every room has air conditioning.

Two poolside rooms for two families

Bedroom 1 has two 5-foot beds, and Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed. Both rooms are by the pool, so groups of two families can neatly take one room each.

Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds, 5 feet on the lower level and 3.5 feet on the upper, with an en-suite bathroom. Parents can take the lower bunk and the kids the upper one. The house has 1 more shared bathroom.

A 3 × 7 meter sloped pool

The 3 × 7 meter pool has a sloped floor, with depths going from 1.2 to 1.5 meters. There are 3 children's life jackets (for kids only), and up to 3 children under 7 stay free.

Small dog breeds are welcome for 300 baht per dog per night. If you're driving, there's parking for 2 cars inside the property and 2 more in front of the house, while buses must use the common parking area.

Bathroom supplies, kitchen and nearby shops

The bathrooms have body wash, shampoo and towels, with tissues and garbage bags in all 4 bathrooms. Water heaters and wall-mounted hair dryers are installed in 3 of them.

The kitchen has a gas stove, a microwave, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, and a barbecue grill, plus a 200-liter ice bucket that holds about 8 bags. Roi Kan restaurant at Wat Yan is about 170 meters away, and a 7-Eleven about 230 meters away.
