Swim in a mermaid costume, but know the rules

The house has mermaid costumes to borrow for photos and pool fun during your trip. The pool is 3 × 5 meters and 1.35–1.55 meters deep, which is fairly deep for young children, so adults should stay close at all times.

Please wear swimwear in the pool; if you don't have any, light clothing such as a T-shirt and shorts is fine. Eating in the water, dropping things into the pool or making the water cloudy is not allowed and carries a 2,000 baht fine.

If you burst a pool float, there's a 1,000 baht fine, or you can buy a new one to replace it.

Three bedrooms, including one with bunk beds

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a 3-foot bunk bed, ideal for the kids. The listing doesn't yet specify the beds in bedroom 2, and there's one more shared bathroom.

Up to 3 children under 8 stay free. Toiletries include soap, shampoo and a hair dryer.

A kitchen with a barbecue grill

The kitchen has a microwave, an ice bucket, cookware, plates, spoons, glasses, a fridge, a cooking stove, a barbecue grill, an electric kettle, a rice cooker and a toaster. Bring your own seasonings.

Ice and charcoal can be ordered from the housekeeper before 18:00, both at 50 baht per bag. Please wash the dishes before check-out and put your trash in the black bags provided; if that's not convenient, there's a 500–1,000 baht service charge.

This house is strict about noise

No noise outside after 22:00; after that, you can carry on indoors until morning with the doors and windows closed.

Don't take speakers outside, don't play music from car stereos, and no other sound systems may be brought in. If a complaint brings the police, the house will keep the security deposit and ask you to leave.

Weapons and drugs are not allowed on the property; if found, your stay will be cancelled immediately.

Pets, parking and changing dates

Pets up to 10 kilograms are welcome at 300 baht per pet per night, and waist-high pets at 500 baht per pet per night. There's parking for 1 car inside, 2 in front of the house and 2 more along the roadside.

This house does not allow cancellations under any circumstances. To change your dates, you must notify 14 days in advance; the new stay must be within 3 months, only 1 change is allowed, and the change fee is 2,000 baht.

Near the house, there's a 7-Eleven about 370 meters away and an ATM about 370 meters away.
