Five identical bedrooms

Bedrooms 1 to 5 are all set up the same way, with one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Nobody gets stuck with a small room or has to walk to a shared bathroom, so splitting rooms among couples or small families is easy.

Up to 3 children aged 7 and under stay free. Beyond that, there's an extra charge of 300 baht per person.

A 3 × 8 meter pool with graduated depth

The pool is 3 meters wide and 8 meters long, with depth graduating from 1 to 1.60 meters. The shallow end is good for sitting and chatting, and the deep end for proper swimming.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but e-cigarettes are permitted. Damaged items are charged at their actual price.

Dinner from the market near the house

7-Eleven is about 130 meters away, Khun Mae La-or Market about 140 meters, Tremelos Belgian Cafe about 160 meters and Lotus's Minimart about 170 meters, so you can buy fresh food for the kitchen without driving.

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and an ice bucket. From Sunday to Friday you can order charcoal at 30 baht a bag and large bags of ice at 50 baht a bag. On Saturdays and public holidays, the house gives you one free bag each of charcoal and ice.

Bringing pets, and parking

Small pets are 300 baht each per night and large pets 500 baht each per night, and pets are not allowed in the pool. There's parking for 3–4 cars inside the property.
