How to split up the bedrooms
Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed. Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed and is the only room with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has two 3-foot beds, suited to two friends who'd rather sleep in separate beds.
Outside the bedrooms, there's a sofa bed that sleeps 2 and 1 more extra mattress set. Those not in Bedroom 2 use 1 shared bathroom. Groups coming close to the full 15 should check with the team that there's bedding for everyone before booking.
A living room outside the main house, and the supplies provided
This 230 square wah house has 1 living room set apart from the main house. It's a private house where parties are allowed with no time limit, so those who want to keep hanging out and those who want to rest don't have to share a room.
The house provides towels and drinking water for 8–10 guests. Guests beyond this number who want more will pay a service charge. As for the inflatable rings provided for photos, there's a fine if they get damaged.
Barbecue at home, extras available to order
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a barbecue (BBQ) grill. If you need extras, the house sells 10 kg bags of ice at 100 baht per bag and charcoal at 25 baht per bag. On days you don't feel like cooking, Krua Khun Phak restaurant is about 580 m away.
The house is in a private village with project staff on site at all times. There's parking for 2 cars inside the property, with unlimited parking for the rest within the village, and this house accepts pets too.
