A 12-meter slide with a weight limit

The pool is 4 × 7 meters and about 1.4–1.6 meters deep, with a 12-meter slide that supports up to 90 kilograms. Adults over the limit should cheer from the poolside instead.

The pool is fairly deep for children. The house has 3 children's life jackets, and up to 3 children aged 7 and under stay free (sleeping with their parents).

An en-suite bathroom in every bedroom

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have two 5-foot beds, and bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom 2 is a connecting bathroom between bedrooms 2 and 3. The bathrooms have water heaters, and amenities include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and trash bags.

A snooker table played with pool balls, plus karaoke

The table in the house is a snooker table, but it's played with pool balls instead, so anyone planning a snooker match should know this in advance. The living room has 1 smart TV and YouTube karaoke.

A barbecue-ready kitchen and services to order

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a barbecue grill and wine glasses. A 200-liter ice bucket keeps drinks cold for the whole group. Bring your own seasonings.

Extra services can be ordered by 14.00: ice is 70 baht per 10 kg bag, charcoal is 50 baht per bag, and drinking water is 60 baht per pack. Cleaning and dishwashing cost 500–1,500 baht per round, depending on the amount.

Dogs welcome, but no cats

The house accepts dogs, charged by size at 300–500 baht per dog per night; please send a photo before bringing them. Cats are not accepted.

There's parking for 2 cars inside and 2–3 more in front of the house. The house is about 9.3 km from the sea, and the nearest shops, CJ More's Chak Ngaeo branch and Chak Ngaeo Chinese Market, are about 1.7–1.9 km away.
