Grand Oasis is an enclosed three-story house. All 13 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and it sleeps 35 guests without extra mattresses. Inside the house there's an adult pool, a kids' pool that surrounds an in-water dining table, and a 13-meter slide.

An indoor pool with an in-water dining table

Because the house is enclosed, the pool sits inside the building. The adult pool is 6 × 12 meters with a sloping floor from 120–150 cm deep, and a 13-meter slide runs down into it.

The kids' pool wraps around the adult pool, with a gate to keep children out of the adult pool. In the middle is an in-water table that seats about 30 guests, so the whole group can share a big meal together right by the water.

Three floors, thirteen bedrooms

Bedroom 1 is a master-type room on the 1st floor with one 6-foot bed, one 3.5-foot bed and a TV. This room is set up for wheelchair users or elderly guests, with easy wheelchair access to both the bedroom and bathroom, so older guests don't need to climb any stairs.

The 2nd floor has Bedroom 2, a glass-walled poolside room with two 6-foot beds; Bedroom 3, a master-type room with a Jacuzzi tub; and Bedrooms 4–7, each with one 6-foot bed. The 3rd floor has Bedrooms 8 to 13. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and if fewer bedrooms are booked, guests can choose their own rooms.

An enclosed house where you can sing all night

The karaoke area uses a 75-inch TV with YouTube and a total of 5 disco lights.

Because the house is enclosed, noise is allowed all night, but the doors must be kept firmly shut so the sound doesn't disturb the neighbors.

Kitchen, ice and bus parking

The kitchen has pots, pans, cutlery, plates and bowls, a grill, a microwave, a kettle and a mortar. There's a 200-liter ice bucket; order ice before 20:00 in 10-kilogram bags: a full bucket holds 8 bags for 400 baht, and a half bucket holds 4 bags for 200 baht. Charcoal is 3 bags for 100 baht and can be ordered all night.

The house has parking for 10 cars inside plus 10 more in a shared lot, and buses, coaches and double-decker buses can park too, so seminars or company trips arriving by chartered bus don't need to look for extra parking.

Shops and a hospital around the house

The house is opposite Na Jomtien–Huai Yai Beach, 7.1 km from the sea. Nearby are CJ More Huai Yai branch, about 400 meters away, and TESCO Lotus Express, about 530 meters away.

Huai Yai Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital is about 640 meters away, and a PTT gas station is about 1.1 km away.
