A European kitchen for home-cooked meals
The house has a fully equipped European-style kitchen with an electric stove, a microwave oven, a rice cooker, a coffee machine, a kettle, a refrigerator, an ice bucket and a wine fridge.
Tops Daily Rom Pho Jomtien is only about 180 meters away and Daddy’s Kitchen is about 230 meters away, so if you run out of ingredients you can walk over without driving.
The house runs a review promotion for Saya Pool Villas: get 1 free bottle of wine from the wine fridge (if you drink more than 1 bottle, it's 350 baht per bottle). Please clean the kitchen equipment and dishes before checking out; if that's inconvenient, there's a 500 baht service charge.
All bedrooms upstairs
All four bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, and each has a wardrobe and a TV. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are master rooms with one 6-foot bed, one 3-foot extra bed and a private bathroom.
Bedroom 3 (6-foot bed) and Bedroom 4 (5-foot bed) share a bathroom, and the ground floor has a living room with another shared bathroom. The beds sleep 8 guests, and 3-foot folding mattresses can be added for 500 baht per person.
A 4 × 7 meter pool and games in the living room
The pool is 4 × 7 meters and 1.2 meters deep, with kids' life jackets provided. Up to 2 children aged 7 and under stay free (towels provided, sharing a bed with parents). No loud noise around the pool after 22:00.
The house has a PlayStation 5, an air purifier, water heaters, towels and hair dryers, with CCTV cameras around the house.
Rules worth reading before you book
No smoking inside the house, no pets of any kind, and no illegal items of any kind on the property (if found by officials, guests are fully responsible for any consequences to the house).
Charging electric vehicles is not allowed (NO CHARGE EV CAR), with a 5,000 baht fine for violations, so guests driving an EV should plan to charge away from the house. Parking is available for 1 car inside and 2 more in front of the house.
