The 1st floor has a 5-foot bed, with the bathroom outside the room. The 2nd and 3rd floors are set up the same way, with two 6-foot beds and two 3.5-foot beds, and 2 bathrooms outside the rooms on each floor.

The 4th floor has one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed and shares a bathroom with the 3rd floor. The beds in the whole house sleep 17 guests, with room for 3 more mattresses (picnic mattresses), complete with towels and blankets.
