Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot mattresses and two 3.5-foot mattresses, bedroom 2 has two 6-foot mattresses, and bedroom 3 has one 6-foot mattress.

Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and the house provides water heaters, soap, shampoo and hair dryers.

The kitchen has a fridge, a microwave, a gas stove, an electric kettle, a sticky rice steamer, a mortar and pestle, a bottle opener, coffee mugs, an ice cooler and a large ice bucket.

The barbecue zone has a charcoal grill plus a table and chairs seating 6 guests, and in front of the house there's 1 rinse-off shower and 1 multipurpose water tap, making it easy to wash off sand before going inside.

Seaside cafes and bars around the house

The house recommends seaside cafes and bars such as Cherocco Beach Club Rayong, SeaSeoul Cafe, O’Ssa Beach Bar, STIRR Coffee and Brackish Beach Bar, and for restaurants, Tee Noi Rim Le and Krua Pa Maew have been added to the list.

Everyday items can be bought at the 7-Eleven about 74 meters away, and Krua Ta Suk restaurant is about 171 meters away. 1–2 cars can park in front of the house, and pets are charged 300 baht per pet per night.
