The sea out front and a saltwater pool

The house is right on the beach, so you can step out of the house straight onto the shore. There is also a 4 × 7 meter saltwater swimming pool, 1.2 meters deep, for when you'd rather not get into the sea.

Ao Khai Seafood is about 113 meters from the house, close enough to walk to for dinner, and inside the house noise is allowed until 22:00.

Four rooms on the 2nd floor and one more in a separate villa

Bedrooms 1 and 2 on the 2nd floor each have one 6-foot king-size bed for 2 guests. Bedroom 3 has one 5-foot queen-size bed for 2 guests and one 5-foot queen-size Japanese futon for 2 guests, while Bedroom 4 has one 5-foot queen-size Japanese futon for 1 guest.

Bedroom 5 is in a villa separate from the main house, with two 5-foot queen-size beds for 4 guests, ideal for a family unit that wants its own space. Every bedroom has a private bathroom with towels, a hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel.

Morning Nespresso by the sea

The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine and drinking water, along with pots, pans, plates and bowls, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a toaster and an ice bucket. Wake up, brew a coffee and carry it out to sit and watch the sea.

Children under 8 years old stay free (3 children), and there is parking for 3 cars inside the property.
