Botan House: A beachside house in Rayong with en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom

Botan House is a beachfront house in Rayong that sleeps 12–14 guests. It has no swimming pool, so its highlights are the beach right in front of the house, three bedrooms that each have an en-suite bathroom, and a kitchen equipped for cooking your own meals.

A beachside house with no pool to worry about

This house has no pool, so anyone planning to swim will need to head out to the sea, which is right next to the house. If you want a private pool, choose another house.

Cars can park in front of the house (1–2 cars) and all along the beachside. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, after which you can carry on making noise inside the house.

Three bedrooms, all en-suite

Bedroom 1 fits plenty of people with 2 beds (6 ft) and 2 beds (3.5 ft). Bedroom 2 has 2 beds (6 ft), and bedroom 3 has 1 bed (6 ft).

Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, so nobody has to queue for a shower after coming back from the beach.

A kitchen for seafood meals

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer and an ice bucket, enough for cooking and steaming seafood to eat at home.

If you'd rather not cook, Burapha restaurant is about 170 meters away, the Pagoda in the Water is about 630 meters away, and 7-Eleven is about 800 meters away.
